Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 2112 Comic and Fine Arts reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. 2112 Comic and Fine Arts reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship twice a week. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or still with the Artist, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Terms and Conditions: Shipment Policy and Returns

At 2112 Comic and Fine Arts, we prioritize the safe and secure delivery of your art. Our shipments are entrusted to professional shipping companies, carefully selected for their reliability, speed, and safety. Each shipment is insured as requested.

Shipment Costs:
- Europe: € 25 / Posters and Prints: € 6.90
- Other Countries: € 75 / Posters and Prints: € 20
- Pick up at Shows: Free of charge* (Please check artist schedules for availability; not applicable to 2112 Fundraiser)

Shipment Schedule:
Shipments occur every Tuesday and Friday. Orders placed by Monday noon are shipped on Tuesdays, and orders received by Thursday noon are shipped on Fridays.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Europe: 15 working days
- Other Countries: Approximately 15-20 working days

Urgent Shipments:
For urgent shipments, contact us, and we will make every effort to expedite the process.

Additional Costs for International Shipments:
For shipments outside the European Union, destination taxes such as customs tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking and Incidents:
All original art shipments have a tracking number. While we remain available to assist, the customer is solely responsible for managing any incidents.

Insurance:
To insure your purchase (up to €5,000), contact us at hello@2112-finearts.com immediately after confirming the amount and conditions.

Address Verification:
We are not responsible for errors or damages resulting from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please check the address during the purchase process, include your phone no. and notify us immediately of any mistakes.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
If the buyer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will make subsequent attempts. Failure to contact the carrier within seven (7) calendar days will result in return costs borne by the customer.

Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns for personalized orders (commissions, remarks, or dedicated artwork).

Defective Merchandise and Returns:
In the event that you have received defective merchandise (we sincerely apologize), it is imperative to notify our team within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at hello@2112-finearts.com.

Accepted Returns:
Upon acceptance of your return request, we will initiate the refund process within a maximum period of 14 days from the date you notified us of your intention to return the goods. Alternatively, you have the option to receive a store purchase coupon for the equivalent amount or exchange the item for one of equal value.

Return Packaging:
Kindly ensure that all returns are meticulously packaged and include all original contents of the packaging. Returns will not be accepted if stains, damage, or alterations are observed in the items.
Return shipping to Germany is at the customer's expense.

Shipping Prices:
